6 new Structural & Strategic Lenses (models #20–25) — spec, eval plan, and mockup

This site is the design/build-brief record for the 6 new models added on top of Attune's existing 19-framework Emotional Intelligence & coaching Framework Library. It documents the spec that was drafted, the mockup that was designed, the fast-follow validation plan for the 4 provisional models, and the raw model registry — kept separate from the live product so the brief stays a stable, linkable reference independent of future app changes.

Status: shipped. All 6 models described here have already been implemented and are live in production today on eqcompanion.com — see Model Studio → "Structural & strategic lenses" and the Model card (v3.02). This site remains as the original design-brief record.

📄 Context-Layer Spec

Full architecture spec for the Structural Context Head — the 6 models, their tags, provisional flags, and how each strengthens the existing 19 frameworks. Includes the flagged risk on unvalidated models and a cross-link to the eval plan.

The complete validation design for the 4 provisional models (#21 3 Horizon, #22 ISO 31000, #23 Change Integration, #25 Understanding Learners) — scope, annotation design, metrics/thresholds, sample size, 5-week timeline, and per-model go/no-go rule.

🎨 Model Studio UI Mockup

The original static HTML mockup used to design the "Structural & strategic lenses" row/badge layout, later re-implemented as the live StructuralLenses.tsx React-free component.

🗂️ Model Registry (JSON)

Machine-readable source of truth: all 19 existing frameworks + all 6 new models (id, name, badge, tier, provisional flag, signals, product impact) — the spec that frameworksData.ts's live STRUCTURAL_MODELS array was ported from.
